We’ll begin with guided breathwork and visualization, easing your body into a state of deep rest. From there, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath, of a gong, metal singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes and a buffalo drum.

Through guided reflection, practical tools, meditation, and Biofield Tuning, you’ll explore how to release over responsibility and return to a more balanced, self honoring way of caring.
