Group Sessions and Classes

Embodied Energy Alignment Sessions are an intuitive blend of energy healing, sound, and somatic nervous system support designed to help the body unwind tension and return to a more balanced state.

Drawing from my years of experience with Reiki, Biofield Tuning, Spinal Energetics, Somatic energy, and breath-based awareness practices, each session is uniquely guided by what your system needs in the moment.
Tuning forks, gentle energy work, and subtle nervous system support may all be incorporated

All of the tools that I use with clients complement one another- This session is tailored intuitively to the individual using predominantly Biofield Tuning and a combination of Resonance Biofeedback, Reiki, and Energy/Frequency Medicine techniques that help to create resiliency and restore vitality to all levels -physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

• Sessions can be done in person or remotely via Zoom
• New clients allow up to 75 minutes

Returning clients after the initial visit 60 minutes

Spinal Energetics ™  uses light yet powerful touch (sometimes no touch) to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, which activates a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves. 

Sessions often result in an organic flow of movement throughout the body that helps to unwind tension, stories, and resistance that are stored in the 5 etheric layers of the body: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spirtiual and Personal Soul

Returning clients after the initial visit, follow-up sessions are 45 minutes
