About me...
I am a Wellness Guide and Energy Alignment practitioner located in Indian Trail, North Carolina just southeast of Charlotte.
I am an Advanced Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Spinal Energetics ™ Level 1 Practitioner, Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master, and Resonance Biofeedback Specialist. I use tuning forks and voice analysis to scan the body in a very unique way to locate and discharge “emotional static" from the energy field. The coherent sound waves from the tuning forks and biofeedback voice analysis help to neutralize and release unwanted repetitive thoughts, emotional trauma, and tensions in the body that are not beneficial to a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle. The results are often a calmer, more relaxed, balanced, grounded, and peaceful life experience.
After working for many years in the traditional healthcare setting, I became frustrated with the current model of “Take a pill for every ill” culture and realized that I was the only one truly responsible for myself and my family's health and well-being. I began to think outside of the pillbox and discovered energy and frequency medicine. Witnessing how quickly the body naturally responded to sound and frequency fueled my desire to help assist others in remembering and reconnecting to their unique soul song and the incredible healing wisdom of the body.
As a Wellness guide, I am passionate about sharing information and resources that encourage clients to “think outside of the pillbox” and to start to remember, integrate, and embody their truth and how truly powerful they are.

Where Did you Receive your Training?
- My Initial Reiki Journey started in 2013 Level 1 & 2 then ART (Advanced Reiki Training)
- I earned my Reiki Master Teacher Training (Usui Holy Fire) in 2015 from a teacher licensed through The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) - I then went on to Receive my Holy Fire® Karuna® Reiki Master Teaching Certification in 2017 from that same teacher
- In 2015, I received my Medical Reiki Certification with Raven Keyes of Raven Keyes Medical Reiki International
- In 2017/2018 I trained directly with Eileen Day McKusick to earn my Certification as a Biofield Tuning Practitioner and have continued to complete Advanced level IV training in September 2019

How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my children were younger, one of them was dealing with panic and anxiety attacks. After I saw the incredible transformation after a Reiki treatment I knew that I had to learn Reiki to be able to assist him. Little did I know how life-changing learning Reiki would be for me personally. I practiced on family and friends and eventually realized that it quickly became so much a part of my life that I needed to use it to help others.

Describe any recent projects you are proud of
- For 2 1/2 years, from April 2018 to November 2021 I offered Reiki to patients, parents, and staff as an integral part of the Supportive Medicine Team at Levine Children's Hospital and the Levine Pediatric Cancer, Blood Disorders and Bone Marrow Transplant program. My teammate and I documented over 5,000 reiki treatments to inpatient, infusion, and critical care patients during our tenure.
This program was the first of its kind in the Charlotte area and it has been a true honor to be a part of the evolution that is taking place in healthcare systems across the world where Energy Medicine and Reiki practitioners are valued as an integral part of the medical team in acute and critical care.
- · In 2018 I spent one year working in direct care with Inpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation patients, most of whom were recovering from Traumatic and Non-Traumatic Brain and spinal cord injuries.
- In 2017, I offered Reiki at Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC, where I was one of two Reiki practitioners offering Reiki for a Study to Find Alternatives to Opiates for Pain Management for Orthopedic Trauma patients under the direction of one of the leading Orthopedic Trauma surgeons in the country.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't hesitate to ask questions about anything that you do not understand. A connection to your Energy practitioner is imperative. You want to feel safe and supported.
Most clients looking for complementary therapies have tried many other things and are frustrated. Sometimes it takes a while to find what works for you. Energy Medicine is not a one-size-fits-all. Certain clients will be drawn to different modalities. Don't lose hope there is help. You are not broken, most people did not get into their declining health situation overnight, it takes time to re-center and re-balance the body.
It's just a matter of being patient and opened minded to try new things.
