I'm Tammy! I am a Wellness Guide and Energy Alignment Practitioner based in Indian Trail, North Carolina, just 30 minutes Southeast of Charlotte.
As an Advanced Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Level 2 Spinal Energetics™ Practitioner, and Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master Teacher, I work with clients to release energetic patterns, re-align their energy, and restore balance to their mind and body. My approach combines techniques like Biofield Tuning, which uses sound to clear "emotional static" from the energy field, and Spinal Energetics, which aligns the body's natural energetic pathways to promote a sense of flow and harmony. Through this work in the energy field, I help clients release stored emotions, reduce tension, and reconnect to a state of calm, grounded clarity.
After years in traditional healthcare, I grew disheartened by the "take a pill for every ill" mindset and realized that true wellness begins with personal empowerment. My journey into energy and frequency medicine opened my eyes to the profound healing potential of the body when given the right tools and support. This realization fuels my passion for helping others rediscover their natural resilience and align with their unique healing path.
As a Wellness Guide, I aim to share resources and insights that inspire clients to explore new possibilities, integrate their truth, and embody their innate power. Healing is a journey, and I am honored to walk this path with those ready to step into a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Where Did you Receive your Training?
- My Initial Reiki Journey started in 2013 Level 1 & 2 then ART (Advanced Reiki Training)
- I earned my Reiki Master Teacher Training (Usui Holy Fire) in 2015 from a teacher licensed through The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) - I then went on to Receive my Holy Fire® Karuna® Reiki Master Teaching Certification in 2017 from that same teacher
- In 2015, I received my Medical Reiki Certification with Raven Keyes of Raven Keyes Medical Reiki International
- In 2017/2018 I trained directly with Eileen Day McKusick to earn my Certification as a Biofield Tuning Practitioner and have continued to complete Advanced level IV training in September 2019

How did you get started doing this type of work?
When my children were younger, one of them was dealing with panic and anxiety attacks. After I saw the incredible transformation after a Reiki treatment I knew that I had to learn Reiki to be able to assist him. Little did I know how life-changing learning Reiki would be for me personally. I practiced on family and friends and eventually realized that it quickly became so much a part of my life that I needed to use it to help others.

Projects I am proud of
From April 2018 to November 2021, I served as a Reiki practitioner within the Supportive Medicine Team at Levine Children's Hospital and the Levine Pediatric Cancer, Blood Disorders, and Bone Marrow Transplant Program. During this time, my teammate and I documented over 5,000 Reiki treatments provided to inpatients, infusion patients, and those in critical care. It was a privilege to work with patients, parents, and staff alike in a program that was the first of its kind in the Charlotte area. Being part of this initiative allowed me to witness the growing recognition of Energy Medicine and Reiki as essential elements of integrative care in healthcare systems worldwide.
- In 2018, I dedicated a year to working directly with inpatient pediatric rehabilitation patients, many of whom were recovering from traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
- In 2017, I had the opportunity to contribute to a study at Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC, exploring alternatives to opioids for pain management in orthopedic trauma patients. As one of two Reiki practitioners on this study, I provided Reiki to patients under the guidance of a leading orthopedic trauma surgeon. This groundbreaking research highlighted the potential for Reiki to complement traditional pain management strategies in critical care settings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don’t hesitate to ask questions about anything you don’t understand; a strong connection with your energy practitioner is essential. You should feel safe, supported, and comfortable in their presence.
Many clients who seek complementary therapies have tried various approaches and may feel frustrated. Finding what truly works for you can take time, and energy medicine isn’t one-size-fits-all. Different clients are naturally drawn to different modalities, so stay open to exploring options.
Remember, you are not broken. Most health challenges don’t develop overnight, and it takes time, patience, and openness to re-center and re-balance the body. Healing is a journey, and help is available. Don’t lose hope—healing is possible.
