This is a heart-led collaboration between local Union County practitioners who share a common intention: to create accessible, embodied spaces for healing and community.

Each facilitator brings a unique lens and modality, and together we create a layered, supportive experience that honors the whole person.

Our retreat will take place at the peaceful grounds of HollyDay Farms, a beautiful property nestled among 15 private acres in Union county, water landscapes and open Carolina sky and stunning sunsets.

Spending time in nature has a powerful effect on the nervous system. The quiet rhythm of the land, the fresh air, and the grounding presence of the earth naturally invite the body to slow down and reset.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature while participating in gentle practices designed to help your system settle, soften, and reconnect.
