These intimate sessions combine an intuitive blend of Somatic Nervous system Support, tuning forks, conncted breath and Energy Medicine. 

Mondays at 11am and Thursdays at 4pm 

$75 with a commitment of 4 sessions

There is something uniquely powerful that happens when healing occurs in community.

People often experience deeper relaxation, greater nervous system regulation, and a sense of connection that extends beyond the individual session itself. As each person settles, the collective experience creates an environment that supports greater coherence, regulation, and alignment for everyone present.

This is not simply a group of people sharing a room. It is a shared experience of quiet presence, intention, and resonance.

Unlike a traditional 1:1 session, there is very little discussion. Community Sessions are designed to be simple.

You arrive, settle onto the table, receive what your body needs in that moment, and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and supported.

Sessions are approximately 30 to 40 minutes in length, offering a meaningful opportunity to reset and reconnect without requiring hours out of your day.

There is no need to perform, process, or figure anything out.

Simply arrive, receive, and allow your body to remember what balance feels like.
